Marketing and engineering, one team.
We take the whole funnel — positioning, demand, the site, the CRM, the data underneath — and we own every step of it. Senior practitioners with twenty years each in the work, optimising the parts most agencies hand off.
Most agencies hand off. We don’t.
The gap between a strategy and a working system is where budgets die. A deck arrives, then a different vendor builds a version of it, then nobody owns the data. We hold both sides, so the plan and the thing that runs the plan are the same project.
- Brand work and demand work
one funnel, one number to watch
- Data collection and decisions
one source of truth your team trusts
- Campaigns and code
one release schedule
We take the whole funnel.
Most agencies own a slice and optimise it against a metric that flatters the slice. We hold all six stages and the data layer under them, which means we can be held to one number instead of six.
- Positioning What you sell, to whom, and why it beats the alternative. Rewritten from recorded sales calls, not from a workshop. Win rate, sales-cycle length
- Demand Paid, organic, and content against contribution margin rather than platform-reported ROAS. Qualified pipeline per dollar
- Capture Site, landing pages, and forms. Speed, clarity, and the friction nobody measures because it sits after the click. Visit-to-lead rate
- Conversion Lifecycle email, nurture, and the handoff to sales. Sequenced on behaviour, not on send date. Lead-to-meeting, meeting-to-close
- Retention Onboarding, expansion, and winback, built on what a customer actually did rather than when they bought. Repeat rate, lifetime value
- Data CRM, warehouse, and attribution underneath all five, so every number above reconciles to one source. One revenue figure, not three
Six ways in.
- Consulting We audit what you already own, then say plainly what to keep, fix, or retire. You get a decision, not a discovery phase that never ends.
- Marketing Positioning, content, paid media, lifecycle email, SEO, and the reporting behind them. Run by people who have carried a revenue number.
- Technology Websites, portals, and the plumbing underneath: CRM, analytics, automation, data warehouse.
- AI Assistants and agents put to work on specific jobs: support triage, sales research, content operations, forecasting, document handling. Scoped to one workflow at a time and measured.
- Digital transformation Replace manual process with systems your team will actually use. Adoption is part of the deliverable, not a follow-up project.
- Integration Make your tools talk. CRM, ERP, POS, PMS, payments, ticketing, and the reporting layer on top.
Where we already know the terrain.
- Hospitality Booking engine and PMS data joined to campaigns, so what a guest did on property shapes what they get next.
- E-commerce Catalog, checkout, and retention wired into one revenue model instead of three dashboards.
- Financial services Growth work that clears compliance review the first time, with approval trails built into the process.
- Healthcare Patient acquisition and intake built to HIPAA rules, with BAAs signed before any data moves.
- Retail Store and online treated as one inventory and one customer, not two channels competing for credit.
Four phases, fixed scope at each one.
-
Map Two weeks
We inventory your stack, funnel, and data, interview your team, and write down what is actually happening. Deliverable: a findings document and a ranked list of what to do.
-
Plan One week
Scope, sequence, budget, and owners for the next two quarters. Deliverable: a signed plan you could hand to any vendor.
-
Build Six to sixteen weeks
Campaigns, systems, and integrations ship in two-week increments. You see working software and live campaigns, not status decks.
-
Run Monthly
We operate what we built, report on the numbers we agreed to, and keep a rolling backlog.
You can stop after any phase. Map and Plan are useful even if you build with someone else.

The agency started in 2022 on the water in Apollo Beach, Florida. The people in it have been building marketing systems and shipping software for two decades — in-house, at platforms, and on the vendor side, which is how we know where the handoffs fail. Small team, senior only, no account layer between you and the people doing the work.

What does Fusion Agency do?
Fusion Agency runs the full marketing funnel and builds the systems underneath it — positioning, demand generation, website, CRM, and the data layer that ties them together. One team owns both the strategy and the implementation, so there is no handoff to a separate build vendor.
What does it cost to work with Fusion Agency?
It depends on how much of your stack already works, so we do not quote from a rate card. The Map phase produces a ranked list of what to do, and the Plan phase turns the part you approve into a fixed scope and a fixed number before any build begins. On a first call we will give you the rough order of magnitude so neither side wastes a second call.
How long does a project take?
The Map phase takes two weeks and Plan takes one. Build runs six to sixteen weeks depending on scope, shipping in two-week increments. Run is an ongoing monthly arrangement. A client can stop after any phase.
Which industries does Fusion Agency work in?
Five industries where the platforms and compliance rules are already known on day one: hospitality, e-commerce, financial services, healthcare, and retail. The agency also works outside those five — current clients include accounting, electrical contracting, real estate, and technical B2B companies.
Where is Fusion Agency located?
The company is registered in Apollo Beach, Florida, and the team sits in Florida, Singapore, and Argentina. Clients are across the United States, with a concentration in Tampa Bay including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Brandon, Sarasota, and Riverview. Everyone works US hours for client calls.
Who actually does the work?
Senior practitioners only, with roughly twenty years of experience each. Two to four people are named on an engagement at the start and stay through delivery. There is no account manager between the client and the people building the work, and no junior layer learning on the client budget.
What does Fusion Agency not do?
Print, radio, and out-of-home buying. Brand-only retainers with no performance or systems component. Staffing and contractor placement. SEO that depends on buying links. Projects with no named decision-maker on the client side.
Do clients own the code that gets built?
Yes, from the first commit. Work happens in a repository the client owns or that transfers at close, with documentation and a runbook. There is no proprietary lock-in, and handover is not made deliberately difficult.
