About

Small team. Twenty years each.

Fusion Agency started in 2022 on the water in Apollo Beach, Florida, and works with companies across the United States. The team sits in Florida, Singapore, and Argentina, and everyone on it has spent about twenty years in this work — in-house, at platforms, and on the vendor side — which is the only reason a team this small can hold both halves of an engagement. There is no account layer between you and the people doing the work, because with a team this size there is nothing for one to do.

Why both halves

The agency exists because of a pattern we kept watching from both sides. A marketing team would win a mandate, produce a good strategy, and hand it to an engineering vendor who had not been in the room. Six months later there was a system nobody had asked for and a campaign plan nobody could run.

The usual explanation is that the vendors did not communicate. The real reason is structural: neither side was accountable for the outcome the other was measured on. So we set the company up to hold both, which constrains how large we can be and what we can take on. It also means nobody can point across the table when something does not work.

Apollo Beach is a deliberate part of that. We are a small team on the Gulf coast of Florida, not a network office, and our costs reflect it.

Who does the work

Three roles, three senior people, no bench. You work with all of them.

  • Product and systems

Owns architecture, integrations, and the data layer. Two decades building platforms — including an e-commerce product used by tens of thousands of small businesses — before any of it was applied to client work.

  • Strategy and growth

Owns positioning, demand, and the commercial argument. Twenty years operating across six markets, including chief-strategy responsibility at a large business, so the plan is written by someone who has carried the number.

  • Engineering

Owns the build and the parts that have to stay up. Integrations, data modelling, and the unglamorous monitoring that means a broken sync is noticed before a client notices.

How we’re set up

Team
Senior practitioners only, roughly twenty years each. Every person on your project has shipped this kind of work before, and there is no junior layer learning on your budget.
Staffing
Two to four people per engagement, named at the start and unchanged through delivery. If someone has to change, you hear it from us first.
Where
Registered in Apollo Beach, Florida, with team members in Florida, Singapore, and Argentina. Everyone works US hours for client calls, and the spread means the build does not stop when Florida goes home. We travel for kickoff and for the phases where being in a room genuinely helps.

What we don’t do

A real list, so you can disqualify us in two minutes rather than two calls.

  • Print, radio, and out-of-home buying. We do not know it well enough to charge for it.
  • Brand-only retainers with no performance or systems component. Other shops do that better.
  • Staffing and contractor placement. We are not a body shop.
  • SEO work that depends on buying links. It is a liability we will not take on for you.
  • Projects with no named decision-maker on the client side. They do not finish, and we have stopped trying.
  • Engagements too small to carry a senior team. Below a certain size our overhead makes us the wrong choice, and we will tell you that on the first call rather than after a proposal.

Tell us what isn’t shipping.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Bring the thing that’s stuck and we’ll tell you how we’d approach it, whether or not you hire us.
