Accessibility
Last updated September 2, 2026
We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and treat a barrier on this site as a defect, not a feature request. This statement says what we have actually done, not what we intend to do.
What we have built in
- Every interactive element is keyboard-operable, including the navigation panel, the case study filters, and the FAQ accordions. Nothing requires a pointer.
- Focus is always visible: a 2px indicator that never relies on colour alone to be noticed.
- A skip link is the first thing in the tab order on every page.
- Body text meets a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background on both the light and dark grounds. Our brass accent is restricted to rules and to figures at 32px and above, where the large-text threshold applies.
- Headings run in order with one H1 per page, so the document outline is navigable by heading.
- Form fields have real labels, and errors are announced in text next to the field rather than by colour.
- Under
prefers-reduced-motion, the stroke animations render complete and no motion plays. No content or function is lost. - The site works with JavaScript unavailable: the accordions, the navigation, and the form all degrade to working HTML.
Known limitations
- The scroll spine in the left margin is decorative progress feedback and is hidden from assistive technology. The same information is available from the browser's own scrollbar.
- The office map is a stylised illustration with a text alternative and a link to Google Maps. It is not an interactive map.
- Booking is completed on HubSpot Meetings, a third-party page whose accessibility we do not control. If it presents a barrier, email or call us and we will book the time for you.
How we test
Automated checks run in CI on every change. Beyond that we test each template by keyboard, with VoiceOver on Safari and NVDA on Firefox, at 200% zoom, and in both colour schemes. Automated tools catch roughly a third of real problems, so the manual pass is the one that matters.
Reporting a barrier
Email hello@fusionads.ai or call +1 (610) 638-7466. Tell us the page and what happened. We acknowledge within one business day and will tell you our fix timeline honestly rather than promising a date we cannot hold. If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will send it.
