Privacy policy

This policy covers fusionads.ai and the enquiries we receive through it. It does not cover data we process on behalf of a client under a services agreement; that is governed by the data processing terms in that contract.

What we collect

• What you type into a form: name, work email, company, industry, and the description of the problem. Nothing is required beyond those.
• Standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, retained for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• Aggregate analytics about page views and referrers. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or share personal data.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to run the engagement if you become a client, and to keep the site available and free of abuse. Our lawful bases under GDPR are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and securing the service, and consent where we rely on it for non-essential cookies.

Cookies

The site sets no non-essential cookies by default, and shows no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If we later add analytics that require consent, a banner will appear and nothing will be set until you choose.

Who we share it with

Our processors only: our CRM (HubSpot), email delivery (Brevo), and hosting. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after 24 months. Client records are retained for the life of the relationship plus seven years, which is what our accounting and professional obligations require. Server logs are kept 30 days.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under GDPR. If you are a Florida resident, the Florida Digital Bill of Rights gives you rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or targeted-advertising use of your data — we do neither. Other US state privacy laws may give you comparable rights, and we honour them on the same terms rather than checking your address first.

To exercise any of these, email hello@fusionads.ai. We respond within 30 days and will not charge you or degrade your service for asking. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your supervisory authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS and a content security policy. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. If a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant regulator within the statutory deadline.
